1. Platform Operator

The GruntWrk platform is owned and operated by CHILIBLUE, UNIPESSOAL LDA, a company registered in Portugal. The disclosures below apply to all use of the Platform.

2. Platform Role and Verification Signals

GruntWrk provides technology tools that help users connect. We do not supervise, manage, or oversee work performed by users and we do not act as a party to user agreements.

  • We collect basic identity, contact, and profile information that users choose to provide
  • We may display profile completeness, reviews, payment confirmations, and other platform trust signals
  • We do not perform universal background checks on all users
  • We do not independently guarantee credentials, qualifications, licenses, or insurance unless expressly stated
  • We do not guarantee user behavior, service quality, legality, safety, or outcomes
  • We do not guarantee delivery, completion, or enforceability of user agreements
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or risk-free communications or transactions between users

3. User Safety Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for independently assessing risk, verifying counterparties, taking safety precautions, and complying with all applicable laws before and during any off-platform or on-platform interaction.

If an interaction feels unsafe, users should disengage immediately and contact relevant local emergency services where needed.

4. Reporting Safety or Illegal Content

Safety incidents, abuse, and notices of allegedly illegal content may be reported to service@gruntwrk.com. Reports should include enough detail to identify the account, listing, message, or behavior being reported.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We may investigate and take proportionate action, including removing content, restricting visibility, suspending features, or terminating accounts where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, security, or Terms enforcement.

Where legally required, we provide a statement of reasons for relevant restriction decisions and review internal complaints submitted through the contact channel above.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CHILIBLUE, UNIPESSOAL LDA and its members, directors, partners, affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers are not liable for losses, harms, injuries, damages, or consequences arising from:

  • Any interaction, transaction, or agreement between users
  • Failure of any user to deliver, complete, or perform services
  • Acts or omissions of any user on or off the Platform
  • Reliance on user-submitted information, profiles, reviews, or content
  • Security incidents, data breaches, or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control
  • Use of, or inability to use, the Platform

Nothing in this page excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer and data protection rights.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

We may preserve or disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, court orders, lawful requests by competent authorities, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
